# DataCannon DataCannon by MECHAROV S.R.L. provides AI-assisted synthetic telemetry, continuous emission, pipeline stress testing and detection validation. AI helps create and refine scenarios and reusable library elements, propose scenarios from uploaded logs or packet captures, explain configuration issues, and draft Sigma detection rules. Generated proposals remain inspectable and editable. A topology pattern describes equipment, zones and connections. Scenarios combine that environment with normal activity, anomalies, behaviours, timing, noise, enrichment and destinations. The current schema defines 383 asset types and 112 protocol identifiers; these are modelling vocabulary, not vendor-format certifications or implemented protocol stacks. The runtime registry contains 41 anomaly handlers, including eight AI-domain handlers, and eight signal shapes are available. Continuous generation produces fresh events until stopped or a configured limit, with checkpoints and delivery progress. Finite runs produce bounded datasets; replay is a separate playback option. Batch/database outputs and ML training files currently require finite runs. Delivery defects include duplication, delayed arrival, clock skew, dropped records and malformed output. Clean canonical events and ground truth remain available for comparison. Destinations include files, sockets, WebSocket, Kafka, Splunk HEC, Microsoft Sentinel, Datadog, Sumo Logic and OpenSearch. Finite dataset exports include CSV, Excel, Parquet, OCSF, UDM and database outputs. Ground truth records injected activity. Built-in supported Sigma evaluation and uploaded external SIEM alerts are separate validation paths. Comparisons expose regressions; CLI/API and scheduled runs support automation. ML exports provide labels, features and reproducible dataset splits. The public website does not execute scenarios. Interactive examples are labelled illustrations; the downloadable water-treatment sample is actual output from a bounded fictional local run, not a performance benchmark or external SIEM result. The standalone DataCannon demonstration is https://youtu.be/8uUR3TGv1vw and is available in the homepage demo section; the optional YouTube player loads only after the visitor chooses playback. - Product: https://data-cannon.com/ - Generated example: https://data-cannon.com/examples/water-treatment-sample.json - Privacy and company details: https://data-cannon.com/privacy - Parent company: https://mecharov.com/ - Contact: hello@mecharov.com
