Demo enquiries

Contact links open your email application. The website does not submit a lead form or send your message automatically. You review and send the email yourself.

If you write to us, we receive your email address, headers, message and any name, company details or attachments you include. Our company email uses Zoho. We use correspondence to answer enquiries, arrange demonstrations and discuss a potential business relationship.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Article 6(1)(b) when taking steps towards a contract with you at your request. Providing information is voluntary; we need a reply address to respond. This site has no newsletter signup or public account registration.

Website delivery

Delivering and protecting a website involves processing connection data such as an IP address, requested URL, request time and browser information. The website uses Vercel. Our legitimate interest is to provide the site reliably and investigate abuse or technical failures.

Analytics and performance

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits and interest in the product, and Vercel Speed Insights to measure loading and responsiveness. Reports may include visited pages, referring sites, approximate location, browser or device details and performance measurements.

Custom events record which product view was selected, which screenshot was opened, when the demo player was opened and where a demo-request link was clicked. They contain only the section or view name. A demo-request click measures interest, not confirmation that an email was sent or received.

Vercel describes Web Analytics as cookie-free, with aggregate reporting and a visitor identifier discarded after 24 hours. Speed Insights reports performance without identifying individual visitors or reconstructing their browsing history. Our legitimate interest is to understand and improve the site.

Cookies and storage

Your dark or light theme is stored in your browser as datacannon-website-theme. It remains until changed or cleared through browser settings. The site works if browser storage is unavailable.

Vercel measurement does not use analytics cookies. This site does not include advertising pixels or externally hosted fonts. The optional YouTube player loads only when you press play. Fonts and product images are served with the site. Following an external link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.

Optional YouTube video

The demo initially displays an image served with this website. YouTube is not contacted until you choose to play the embedded video or follow the Watch on YouTube link.

Playback uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain, youtube-nocookie.com. Google receives connection and playback information, including your IP address and browser details, and may use browser storage. Privacy-enhanced playback is not anonymous.

Loading the optional player is based on your choice to play. Use Unload YouTube player below the video, or reload the page, to remove the embedded player. This does not delete information already received by Google. See Google's privacy policy.

Providers and transfers

Vercel processes website delivery, analytics and performance measurements; Zoho processes company email. Google handles video playback when you choose to load or open YouTube. People working for Mecharov may access enquiries where needed to respond. Advisers or authorities may receive information where required by law.

Providers operate internationally, and processing can occur outside Romania or the European Economic Area. Applicable safeguards depend on the destination and service, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information relevant to your enquiry. Retention

We retain correspondence while needed to answer your request, carry out an active business discussion, meet record-keeping obligations or handle legal claims. Retention depends on whether a discussion remains active, becomes a customer relationship or must be preserved for a legal reason. You may ask us to review or delete correspondence where no overriding obligation requires retention.

Hosting logs, performance measurements and aggregated reports follow the relevant service settings. The 24-hour analytics identifier does not mean every report is deleted after 24 hours. The saved theme is controlled by your browser. We do not operate an enquiry database on this presentation site.

Your rights

Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. We may need to verify a request before disclosing personal information.
